1. البيانات التي نجمعها أو نحتفظ بها
- الحساب: اسم المستخدم، الاسم، البريد، تجزئة أحادية الاتجاه لكلمة المرور، وحالة الموافقة والتحقق.
- العقار والمعلن: الوصف والنوع والسعر والعنوان أو الموقع والصور والفيديو وبيانات التواصل وصفة المالك أو الوكيل ومستندات التحقق التي يقدمها المستخدم عند الطلب.
- المراسلات: رسائل الدعم ونماذج التواصل والبلاغات.
- البيانات التقنية والأمنية: عنوان IP، الجهاز والمتصفح ونظام التشغيل وملفات الارتباط ومعرّفات الجلسة وأوقات ومحاولات الدخول والأخطاء والأحداث الأمنية.
- سجلات الموافقة: نسخة السياسة والقرار والتاريخ والوقت والقناة واللغة ومعرّف المستخدم.
- بيانات التطبيق: معرّفات التثبيت والإشعارات والتشخيص والإحالة أو الإعلانات عندما توفرها خدمات Google أو الأدوات المستخدمة.
2. أغراض المعالجة
إنشاء الحساب والتحقق منه والموافقة عليه وتأمين الدخول والاستعادة؛ نشر العقارات والبحث والخرائط والتواصل؛ إرسال رسائل الخدمة والإشعارات المختارة؛ منع الاحتيال والبوتات وتخمين كلمات المرور؛ معالجة الدعم والخصوصية وإثبات الموافقات والامتثال للطلبات القانونية الصحيحة؛ وتحسين الأداء بصورة مجمعة قدر الإمكان.
3. موارد الجهاز وصلاحيات التطبيق

موقع العقار الذي يدخله المستخدم يُعد بيانات إعلان. لا يطلب الإصدار الذي تمت مراجعته إذن الموقع الدقيق للجهاز.
4. ملفات الارتباط والبيانات العامة
يستخدم الموقع ملفات ضرورية للجلسة والدخول واللغة والأمان. لا تُفعّل ملفات تحليلية أو إعلانية غير ضرورية دون خيار مناسب حيث يلزم. تصبح معلومات العقار التي يختار المعلن نشرها، مثل الوصف والصور والسعر والموقع التقريبي ووسيلة التواصل، متاحة للعامة؛ لذلك يجب عدم نشر وثائق الهوية أو معلومات حساسة داخل الإعلان.
5. مشاركة البيانات والمعالجة خارج البلد
لا تبيع BaityGo البيانات الشخصية. قد تشارك الحد الأدنى اللازم مع Namecheap/EasyWP وخدمات البريد وOpenStreetMap وOneSignal وخدمات Google Play والإحالة والتشخيص، ومع من يختار المستخدم التواصل معه، أو جهة مختصة بناء على طلب قانوني صحيح. قد تعالج البيانات في بلدان يعمل فيها BaityGo أو مزودوه، مع إجراءات تقنية وتعاقدية معقولة.
6. مدد الاحتفاظ
- الحسابات والعقارات النشطة: طوال مدة نشاط الحساب والحاجة للخدمة.
- بعد طلب إلغاء متحقق منه: حذف أو إخفاء الهوية خلال 30 يوماً.
- النسخ الاحتياطية: حتى 90 يوماً قبل الاستبدال الدوري، إلا لحادث أمني محدد.
- سجلات الدخول والأمن: 12 شهراً، وتمدد فقط عند تحقيق نشط.
- مراسلات الدعم: سنتان بعد إغلاق الطلب.
- سجلات قبول السياسات: خمس سنوات بعد إغلاق الحساب لإثبات الموافقة والامتثال.
- الحسابات غير الموافق عليها: حتى 30 يوماً ثم الحذف أو إخفاء الهوية ما لم ترتبط ببلاغ أمني.
- رمز التحقق من البريد: 48 ساعة أو حتى أول استخدام، أيهما أسبق.
7. الحماية والأمن
تستخدم BaityGo HTTPS وتجزئة كلمات المرور وسياسة كلمات مرور قوية والتحقق من البريد وضوابط الإدارة وتحديد محاولات الدخول والنسخ الاحتياطية والمراقبة الأمنية. لا توجد وسيلة إلكترونية تضمن أماناً مطلقاً، وتُراجع التدابير وفق المخاطر.
8. حقوق المستخدم
يجوز طلب معرفة البيانات والحصول على نسخة منها وتصحيحها وحذفها وتقييد بعض المعالجات أو الاعتراض عليها وسحب الموافقة الاختيارية وإلغاء الحساب. تُرسل الطلبات من البريد المسجل إلى contact@baitygo.com، وقد يطلب تحقق مناسب. يكون الرد خلال 30 يوماً، مع إشعار المستخدم إذا احتاج الطلب المعقد وقتاً إضافياً.
9. القاصرون
الخدمة غير موجهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً ولا تسمح لهم بالتسجيل أو الاستخدام. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات قاصر، نعلق الحساب ونحذف البيانات بعد التحقق، إلا للاحتفاظ المحدود اللازم لحماية القاصر أو الامتثال للقانون.
10. إلغاء الحساب وحذف البيانات
يرسل المستخدم طلبه من بريده المسجل إلى contact@baitygo.com مع اسم المستخدم. بعد التحقق، يُغلق الحساب وتُحذف أو تُخفى البيانات وفق جدول الاحتفاظ. يبقى فقط سجل موافقة أو دليل أمني أو قانوني لازم للمدة المحددة.
11. تحديث السياسة والقبول أو الرفض
لكل نسخة رقم وتاريخ. عند تعديل جوهري، تظهر التغييرات في الموقع والتطبيق قبل استمرار الاستخدام، ويختار المستخدم القبول أو الرفض صراحة ويُسجل قراره. يؤدي الرفض إلى تقييد الاستخدام العادي مع إبقاء وسيلة طلب البيانات أو الإلغاء. لا تعتبر مواصلة التصفح وحدها قبولاً.
1. Personal data collected
- Account: username, name, email, one-way password hash, approval and verification status.
- Listing and advertiser: description, type, price, address or location, photos, videos, contact details, owner or agent role, and verification documents supplied when requested.
- Communications: support messages, contact forms and reports.
- Technical and security: IP address, browser, device, operating system, cookies, session identifiers, login times and attempts, errors and security events.
- Consent records: policy version, decision, date and time, channel, language and user ID.
- App data: installation, notification, diagnostic, attribution or advertising identifiers where supplied by Google services or tools in use.
2. Purposes
Data is used to create, approve and verify accounts; secure sign-in and recovery; publish listings and operate search, maps and communication; deliver selected service notifications; prevent fraud, bots and password guessing; respond to support and privacy requests; prove policy decisions; comply with valid legal requests; and improve reliability using aggregated information where practical.
3. Device resources and app permissions

A property location entered by a user is listing data. The reviewed app version does not request precise device-location permission.
4. Cookies and public information
The website uses cookies required for sessions, sign-in, language and security. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are not enabled without an appropriate choice where required. Listing information that an advertiser elects to publish—such as description, media, price, approximate location and selected contact method—becomes public. Identity documents and sensitive information should not be placed in a public listing.
5. Sharing and international processing
BaityGo does not sell personal data. The minimum necessary data may be shared with Namecheap/EasyWP, email providers, OpenStreetMap, OneSignal, Google Play attribution and diagnostic services, recipients selected by the user, or a competent authority responding to a valid legal request. Data may be processed in countries where BaityGo or its providers operate, using reasonable technical and contractual protections.
6. Retention schedule
- Active accounts and listings: for the active account lifetime and service need.
- After a verified cancellation request: delete or de-identify within 30 days.
- Backups: up to 90 days before routine replacement, unless needed for a specific security incident.
- Login and security logs: 12 months, longer only for an active investigation.
- Support communications: two years after closure.
- Policy-consent records: five years after account closure to demonstrate consent and compliance.
- Unapproved accounts: up to 30 days, then delete or de-identify unless connected to a security report.
- Email-verification token: 48 hours or until first use, whichever occurs first.
7. Security
BaityGo uses HTTPS, one-way password hashing, a strong-password policy, email verification, administrative controls, login rate limits, backups and security monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security; controls are reviewed according to risk.
8. User rights
A user may request confirmation of processing, access, export, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, withdraw consent for optional processing, and cancel the account. Requests must be sent from the registered email to contact@baitygo.com. Reasonable verification may be required. BaityGo aims to respond within 30 days and will notify the user if a complex request reasonably needs more time.
9. Children
BaityGo is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not allow minors to register or use the service. If minor data is identified, the account is suspended and the data deleted after verification, except for limited preservation needed to protect the minor or comply with law.
10. Cancellation and deletion
A user sends a request from the registered email to contact@baitygo.com and includes the username. After verification, BaityGo closes the account and deletes or de-identifies data under the retention schedule. Only necessary consent, security or legally required records are retained for the stated period.
11. Policy updates and acceptance or rejection
Each policy version has a number and date. Material changes are clearly presented in the website and app before continued use. Users expressly accept or reject them, and BaityGo records the decision. Rejection restricts normal use while preserving a way to request data or cancellation. Continued browsing alone is not acceptance.
